Athlete management and advisory are the core of our services, with a goal of driving our athletes to the path of success.
From the process of collegiate baseball recruiting, to the path of the Major League Baseball amateur draft, we are dedicated to providing you with all the knowledge, attention, and transparency that we're able too.
Further to athlete management, we also pride ourself in being involved in the game globally, with involvement in baseball publication, analysis, scouting, podcasting, and sports media.

Nick Prasad
Owner/Franchise
Nick Prasad, the voice and mind behind 1stOverall Sports, is a long time Baseball head with experiences beyond the norm. Nick played elite ball for various years, which translated into coaching elite travel baseball. He coached with the Oshawa Elite Program, as well as the Toronto Mets, Team Ontario, and now the Canadian Bulldogs. Nick served as an assistant coach, pitching/catching coach, pitching instructor, scouting coordinator, and scouting director. He spent 8 years with the Toronto Blue Jays in various roles; most recently as an academy instructor with the Blue Jays Amateur Baseball Academy, developing youth baseball, and coordinating amateur scouting events. In 2018, Nick represented Canada as an assistant coach in the World Comes to Palm Beaches Tournament. He currently covers the Toronto Blue Jays and New York Yankees through various outlets. Nick has appeared on Sports television and sports talk as a guest analyst.
As an advisor, he's placed multiple players on scholarships and professional contracts around USA, and the world.
